Woman Says Her Boyfriend Keeps Peeing All Over Their Yard and Encouraging His Friends to Do the Same, Then Lied About It When She Finally Called Him Out

One woman says a bizarre habit from her boyfriend has turned their backyard into something she describes as a “piss swamp.”

What started as the occasional outdoor bathroom break has escalated into something much bigger—and it’s now causing serious tension in their relationship.

A Habit He Picked Up Growing Up

According to the woman, her boyfriend grew up with a father who frequently urinated outside instead of using a toilet.

Now that they’ve moved into a house together with a decent backyard, the habit seems to have followed him into adulthood.

She says he often gets out of the car and immediately pees outside—sometimes on a tree in the front yard or bushes near the neighbor’s property.

The strange part, she says, is that the bathroom is usually less than a minute away.

Why It Makes Her Uncomfortable

The couple’s home isn’t in complete isolation.

There are neighbors on both sides of the fence, and the yard is a space she regularly uses barefoot while collecting wood for bonfires or working in a small studio on the property.

She says the behavior makes her feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, and worried that someone nearby might see.

It also creates a lingering smell in the yard when it hasn’t rained in a while.

Despite raising the issue repeatedly, she says the behavior hasn’t stopped.

Friends Started Doing It Too

The situation escalated when the boyfriend began encouraging his friends to do the same thing.

According to the woman, several of his friends now regularly urinate outside when they visit.

At one point she even saw one of them fully exposed while she was walking outside near her studio.

She says she’s told her boyfriend countless times that the situation makes her uncomfortable in her own home.

Apologies… But No Change

The boyfriend usually apologizes when confronted.

But according to the post, he simply keeps doing it—often trying to be more discreet about it instead of stopping altogether.

Recently she caught him returning inside with his pants halfway down.

When she asked what he had been doing, she says he lied about it.

The moment he took his pants off, she noticed his underwear was slightly wet.

That’s when she says she finally snapped.

The Breaking Point

The lying, she says, was what pushed her over the edge.

After taking a walk to cool down, she told him that if the behavior continues, she may need to move out.

For her, the bigger issue isn’t just the peeing itself—it’s the fact that he keeps promising to stop while secretly continuing the behavior.

As she explained in the post, he often makes a point of going inside to use the bathroom when she’s nearby but encourages his friends to go outside when she’s not looking.

Why the Story Blew Up

The post quickly gained attention online because many readers were shocked that the issue had become such a recurring problem.

While some people admitted that peeing outside occasionally isn’t unusual in rural areas, many said the situation described here goes far beyond that.

Commenters Didn’t Hold Back

A number of users reacted with humor, suggesting the boyfriend needed to be “potty trained.”

User pastaprincessxo joked:

“Spray him with the hose.”

Others focused on the bigger relationship issue.

User Cereaza wrote:

“You told him you were uncomfortable, and he keeps doing it anyway.”

Several commenters also pointed out that repeated public urination could potentially lead to legal trouble if neighbors or passersby saw it.

A Strange Boundary Dispute

For the woman who shared the story, the situation feels less like a bathroom habit and more like a serious respect issue.

She says she understands that some people occasionally urinate outside.

But for her, the problem is that her partner continues doing something she’s repeatedly said makes her uncomfortable—while pretending he stopped.

And now she’s left wondering whether she’s overreacting… or simply asking for basic respect in her own home.
