Jennifer Lopez Is Listing the $50 Million Beverly Hills Mansion Ben Affleck Reportedly Gave Her During Their Divorce, and It Is Finally Hitting the Market

A $60.85 Million Purchase, Now Listed at Just Under $50 Million

Jennifer Lopez has put her Beverly Hills mansion up for sale, listing the 38,000-square-foot estate for $49,995,000, according to property records reviewed by TMZ. The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home was listed on May 5, 2026, marking the third time it has hit the market since Lopez and Ben Affleck separated in 2024.

Lopez and Affleck bought the property together for $60,850,000 in May 2023, according to TMZ’s review of the sale history. The couple first listed the estate for $68 million in July 2024, then relisted it at a reduced $52 million the following year, a price drop documented by AOL’s entertainment desk.

How the Ownership Changed Hands

Following the couple’s divorce settlement in February 2025, Affleck transferred his ownership interest in the estate to Lopez, according to TMZ’s reporting on public property records, making her the sole owner ahead of this latest sale attempt. TMZ’s report ties Affleck’s ability to part with his half of a $60 million-plus property to the sale of his AI company, InterPositive, to Netflix for roughly $600 million in March 2026.

The listing is being handled by Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates. An earlier attempted sale at the higher asking price fell apart before closing, according to a report from Complex, which covered the collapsed deal and the subsequent price adjustments.

An Estate Built for a Marriage That Did Not Last

The Beverly Hills compound was one of the more visible symbols of Lopez and Affleck’s brief second marriage. Its price trajectory tells that story on its own: from a purchase price north of $60 million, to a first listing at $68 million, down to $52 million, and now to just under $50 million.

What the Sale Says About the Split

Affleck’s decision to hand over his stake rather than force a sale and split the proceeds says as much about the settlement as any court filing would. Whether the listing finally closes near its asking price or triggers a fourth markdown, the mansion’s real value at this point may be less about square footage than about how quickly a nine-figure house can go from a wedding gift to a line item in a divorce.
