Rapper Blueface Just Dropped $2.2 Million on a Sprawling Southern California Mansion, and Insiders Say His Rapidly Growing Family Finally Outgrew Every Home He Owned Before It

Rapper Blueface just closed on a $2.25 million home in Moorpark, California, and the timing was not an accident. The purchase came together, according to TMZ, just in time for the arrival of his newborn son.

A Bigger House for a Bigger Family

The gated-community property spans more than 5,000 square feet, with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a four-car garage and mountain views, according to Cheat Sheet. High ceilings and archways run through the interior, and the home is described as full of natural light — a step up in both scale and setting from the rapper’s previous Canyon Country property.

The Family Behind the Purchase

The move follows the birth of Blueface’s first child with girlfriend Nevaeh Akira: a son, Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr., born August 18, 2026, per Cheat Sheet. The new home represents a fresh start for the family rather than an investment flip — the kind of purchase built around nursery space and a four-car garage rather than resale value.

Real estate agents Christian Crane of Agents of LA and Eric “C-Style” Yokoyama, a former Death Row Records producer turned real estate investor, represented Blueface in the deal, according to TMZ. The pair also handled the listing of his previous Canyon Country home, making this the second property they have helped him move through in recent memory.

A Detail Nobody Asked About, but Got Anyway

The closing came with an unusual footnote: a custom gold key pendant featuring an image of Jesus Christ, which Blueface was photographed wearing around his neck after the deal wrapped, per TMZ. Whether it was a closing gift or a personal touch he added himself, it fits a purchase that reads more like a milestone than a transaction — a five-bedroom answer to a two-week-old question about where a growing family was going to live.

Buying at the Height of a Streaming Boom

The purchase also lands at a moment when Blueface’s income has been increasingly tied to livestreaming rather than just music releases, a shift several outlets covering the deal have connected to his ability to close on the property so quickly after his son’s birth. Moving from a smaller Canyon Country property into a 5,000-square-foot gated home in a single transaction is the kind of jump that usually takes years of steady income to justify, and the timing suggests the streaming side of his career has become a real financial engine rather than a side project.

For now, the house itself is the headline: more bedrooms than his last one, more garage space than most buyers will ever need, and a mountain view that, according to Cheat Sheet’s description of the listing, was one of the first things that reportedly drew him to the property in the first place.
